WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based in the city of Newcastle NSW.

How soon will I get to see my photos?

We know you want to see and share those images as soon as you can, that’s why we will deliver images to you electronically within 1 week via a private online gallery. Most of the time we aim to have digital images available within 3-4 days. 

Do you retouch your images?

We don’t outsource our workflow to a third party company overseas . Processing takes time to deliver results to the highest standards. We believe in getting the images as perfect as possible in camera. We try to keep the final images as close possible to reality. We will spend time preparing each of your images to ensure consistency, colour, style and lighting.  

Do I need to attend the photo shot?

We want to involve our client in the process of creating the images. This is key to getting the job done efficiently and effectively. Before the photo shoot , we ask you to provide us with a brief. If you cannot make it to the photo shoot, we rely on the brief as our guide to meeting your expectations. We can tether the photo shoot if you need to.
